Q What factors influence the choice of evaluation design? Which of these factors would have the greatest influence on your choice of an evaluation design? Which would have the smallest influence? Explain your choices.
History of the organization and the measures of outcome happen to be the greatest factor of influence for me. It can be proved by history which training types will be successful and the manner in which training is to be carried on or known to be the appropriate training kind. Measures of outcome are vital too as it is at this point that helps you to view whether or not the training was successful, what training, in addition, is required, and the areas of necessities of training which requires improvement (Arthur, Bennett, Edens & Bell, 2019).
